We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We always treat your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.

In the following, we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data.

Collection and processing of personal data
You can, in principle, use our online services without revealing your identity. Should we request personal data on our websites (such as name, address or e-mail address), for example in the context of contact forms or when registering, any such personal data is given entirely voluntarily. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending the requested materials / information).

For questions of any kind, you may contact us via contact details available on our website. In this case, personal data may be required be able to properly allocate and answer the request/question. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data that will allow us to contact you is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. a of the GDPR and is based on your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected when contacting us will deleted once your request/question has been answered and once the tax and commercial retention requirements have expired.

Once you have given your consent – for example, for us to send you a newsletter or other interesting information concerning our company – you may revoke it at any time without stating reasons with effect for the future. To do this, you can use the above-mentioned contact details, or another way mentioned in the newsletter.

Record-keeping
Each time you access our website, logs are created and processed for statistical purposes, without recording the identity of the individual user:

  • Referrer (page whose link led you to this website)
  • Search terms (using search engines for referrers)
  • The IP address is evaluated to determine the country of origin and the provider
  • Browser, operating system, installed plug-ins and screen resolution
  • Time spent on the page

The aforementioned data is collected based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f of the GDPR and is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
  • Ensuring that use of our website is comfortable,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability, as well as
  • for further administrative purposes.

We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of any concrete indications of illegal use. The data will be deleted immediately if it is no longer required, but no later than after six months.

Transfer of data
Your data will in principle not be transferred to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without your explicit consent. We pass your personal data on to third parties only if this is permitted and/or required by law [e.g. on the basis of Article 6 of the GDPR]. In some cases, we use service providers for the statutory data order processing; the website is hosted by Direkte Data AS /Netbox.no and maintained by Rune Rasmussen at Syntax Error. Full responsibility for the processing of data lies with us. Furthermore, we sometimes use plug-ins from other providers on our website, more details on which can be found below.

Liability for content
The contents of this site were created with the greatest of care. We can, however, assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. We, as the service provider, are responsible under general law for our own content on this website.

Liability for links (content of external providers)
Cross-references (“links”) to content provided by other providers are to be differentiated from our own content. We have no influence on the content of linked sites, the responsibility for which always rests with the respective provider or operator.

Right to information, Art. 15 GDPR

We promote the service Instagram on our website. Instagram is a service of Instagram Inc. By means of the integrated „Insta“ button on our page, Instagram receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram may assign the visit to our site to your Instagram account and link the data by this means. The data transmitted by clicking the „Insta“ button is stored by Instagram. Newsletter

Our website offers you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. The newsletter provides you periodically with information about our products, offers & services. To receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address. We will review the email address you provide to determine whether you are the owner of the email address provided or whether the actual owner of said address is authorized to receive the newsletter. When subscribing to our newsletter, we will store your IP address as well as the date and time you subscribed. This serves to protect us in the event a third party improperly and without your knowledge makes use of your email address to subscribe to our newsletter. We will not collect any other data. The data thereby collected is used solely to distribute our newsletter.

Use of MailChimp

Newsletter Consent
You will be asked to consent to the use of your personal data to receive our newsletter as follows:

“I have read the privacy policy and I give my consent to data being processed by a service provider located in the United States”.

We use the newsletter to provide you with regular updates about our offers. To receive our newsletter, you will need a valid email address. We will then check the email address entered to ensure that you are the owner or if its owner has agreed to receive our newsletter. By registering for the newsletter, we will save your IP address and date and time of registration. This will be used in case a third party misuses your email address to subscribe to our newsletter without your knowledge.

We will not compare the data collected during newsletter registration with any other data that might be collected by other components of our site.

Newsletter by MailChimp
We use MailChimp to send our newsletter to our subscribers. MailChimp is a service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA.

The data stored when you registered for the newsletter (email address, name, IP address, and time and date of registration) will be sent to a server operated by The Rocket Science Group in the United States and stored there in accordance with its EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

You may cancel your newsletter subscription and revoke your consent to the storage of this data at any time with future effect. For instructions to take this step, please refer to the confirmation email and each newsletter.

Newsletter tracking
Our newsletter includes so-called web bugs that allow us to recognise if and when an email has been opened and which links in the email have been clicked by its recipient.

This data is stored by us so that we can best align our newsletter to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Accordingly, the data thus collected is used to send personalised newsletters to each recipient.

You will be asked to consent to the use of your personal data as follows:

“I agree that my data and my user responses will be stored electronically by newsletter tracking so that I can receive a personalised newsletter. The revocation of the consent to receive the newsletter constitutes a revocation of the consent for the tracking described above.”

By revoking the consent to receive the newsletter, the consent to the aforementioned tracking is revoked.

Collection of data when processing sales orders

Data collected when processing order are kept only to be able to keep track of sales and are kept as long as Norwegian law of accounting requires.
