Collection and processing of personal data

The personal data collected when contacting us will deleted once your request/question has been answered and once the tax and commercial retention requirements have expired.

Once you have given your consent – for example, for us to send you a newsletter or other interesting information concerning our company – you may revoke it at any time without stating reasons with effect for the future. To do this, you can use the above-mentioned contact details, or another way mentioned in the newsletter.

Each time you access our website, logs are created and processed for statistical purposes, without recording the identity of the individual user:

  • Referrer (page whose link led you to this website)
  • Search terms (using search engines for referrers)
  • The IP address is evaluated to determine the country of origin and the provider
  • Browser, operating system, installed plug-ins and screen resolution
  • Time spent on the page

The aforementioned data is collected based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f of the GDPR and is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
  • Ensuring that use of our website is comfortable,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability, as well as
  • for further administrative purposes.

We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of any concrete indications of illegal use. The data will be deleted immediately if it is no longer required, but no later than after six months.

Transfer of data
Your data will in principle not be transferred to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without your explicit consent. We pass your personal data on to third parties only if this is permitted and/or required by law [e.g. on the basis of Article 6 of the GDPR]. In some cases, we use service providers for the statutory data order processing; the website is hosted by Direkte Data AS /Netbox.no and maintained by Rune Rasmussen at Syntax Error. Full responsibility for the processing of data lies with us. Furthermore, we sometimes use plug-ins from other providers on our website, more details on which can be found below.

Liability for content
The contents of this site were created with the greatest of care. We can, however, assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. We, as the service provider, are responsible under general law for our own content on this website.

By means of the integrated „Insta“ button on our page, Instagram receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. Our website offers you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. The newsletter provides you periodically with information about our products, offers & services. To receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address. We will review the email address you provide to determine whether you are the owner of the email address provided or whether the actual owner of said address is authorized to receive the newsletter. When subscribing to our newsletter, we will store your IP address as well as the date and time you subscribed. This serves to protect us in the event a third party improperly and without your knowledge makes use of your email address to subscribe to our newsletter. We will not collect any other data. The data thereby collected is used solely to distribute our newsletter.

Newsletter Consent
You will be asked to consent to the use of your personal data to receive our newsletter as follows:

We use the newsletter to provide you with regular updates about our offers. To receive our newsletter, you will need a valid email address. We use MailChimp to send our newsletter to our subscribers. MailChimp is a service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA.

The data stored when you registered for the newsletter (email address, name, IP address, and time and date of registration) will be sent to a server operated by The Rocket Science Group in the United States and stored there in accordance with its EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Newsletter tracking
Our newsletter includes so-called web bugs that allow us to recognise if and when an email has been opened and which links in the email have been clicked by its recipient.

This data is stored by us so that we can best align our newsletter to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Accordingly, the data thus collected is used to send personalised newsletters to each recipient.

You will be asked to consent to the use of your personal data as follows:
