 Vi har nå fått inn et parti av blandingen puro arabica fra Ottolina som er tidligere omtalt i Espressoforum. Gå videre for å se hva Carlo Picchio skriver om blandingen.
"Ottolina PURO ARABICA is a blend containing some of the best Colombia (Medellin Excelso), Guatemala (5 estrellas), Brazilian (Santos), other Central American origins in lesser percentages, and an essential Ethiopian (Djimmah). The acidity of the Central and South American arabicas is perfectly balanced by the earthiness of the Ethiopian arabica which is seldom used but has an excellent ability to add body to the usually pale acid and sometimes too delicate character of the pure Latin arabicas. Because all of the origins have very similar characteristics,it is roasted already blended at a medium-light degree where all the features of the blend are best extracted."
